Once you've chosen which apartment you like, simply pay the rental box in front of the apartment.
The block flats have rental boxes outside their font doors, the NYApartments have rental boxes on the ground in front of the buildings.
Paying the rental box starts the retal agreement between you and Sunshine Apartment and there are Terms and Conditions that you should read before doing so.
You will now receive a notecard. For the NYA this will contain the LANDMARK to your apartment.
For the block Flats thats it, you're done.
For both spartment types, you will need to be a member of the GROUP to be able to rezz your objects, contact a member of staff to request a GROUP INVITE.

Your rental box will count your prim usage so do not use more than the allocated ammount as this will result in objects being returned to yuor inventory and this can sometimes result in lost items.

100 prim usage apartments come with a HIPPO SECURE UNIT (HSU).
As soon as the rental box is paid, your name is registered with the HSU and thus allowing you access to the apartment and control over the black and white list.
No one can enter your apartment, if they do, they will be ejected by the HSU.
To allow other resident into your apartment, you touch the HSU found on the side wall at the rear end of the aparment, and go though the options.
The WHITE LIST allows you to add people to be have access.
The BLACK LIST allows you to ban people from the apartmetn althought the default setting ejects anyone not on the white list anyway.
Once your rental agreement expires, the rental box and security system removes you from their database.
